Who we are

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name and email address. That's it. We don't ask for or store anything else.
How we use it
We use your email only to let you know when Paire launches and to share occasional pre-launch updates. Our legal basis for this is your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form.
Who processes it
Waitlist signups are stored and delivered through Kit (kit.com), our email service provider. Kit processes your information on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. The site itself runs on hosting infrastructure that processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses.
Where your data lives
Kit stores data in the United States. If you sign up from the EU, UK or Switzerland, that transfer is protected by Kit's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by Standard Contractual Clauses in Kit's data processing addendum (kit.com/dpa).
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Paire doesn't launch, we'll delete the waitlist rather than repurpose it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your information, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to how we use it or withdraw your consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send or write to us at support@paireapp.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
What we don't do
We never sell your information or share it for advertising. We don't use automated decision-making or profiling. This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
